Great location and people

While there are things about the property that could be improved, the one thing i cannot fault is the service. While we were staying there my mum fell ill and the staff were unfailingly compassionate in tending to her needs - fetching items from the pharmacy, arranging cabs, providing extra pillows and so on. Sid in particular was incredible and we were so grateful to him and his team for all their support. In addition, the properties are quiet and well-arranged, and only five minutes' walk from the beach. I highly recommend staying there; you will not regret it!

Basic , clean,friendly service and very close to the beach

It's a nice property with the beach a short walk on the other side so you still get the peace and quiet along with close proximity - The cottages were nice and well maintained as was the garden. The service was excellent and prompt. Definitely good value and overall great experience. The amazing food of Rian Restaurant which is just around the corner completes the circle

Very close to beach yet across small road so more peaceful. Clean and all you need but no luxury. Sid and staff delightful and helpful.

great location, peaceful at night (unlike closer to the beach where the crows hang out) the Staff and particularly Sidesh are amazing! thanks for a great time

The staff are nice and helpful. It's a few minutes' walk from the beach. And it's got AC which we felt was necessary. But I can't give it top marks because we stayed for three nights and they never cleaned our room. We said we didn't mind the first night but then we were asked if we wanted it cleaned the second night and we said yes and they never did it!

Just 3 mins walk from the beach. Helpful and courteous staff. Kitchen and facilities are basic but fine if you are looking for a laid back experience. Beach shacks and restaurants are also nearby.

excellent spot for a few days in palolem. located at the south end it’s closer to the quieter beach area. it’s not seafront but about as close as it gets at this price point. homemade indian breakfast is a plus. siddesh (the manager) made sure that the stay was seamless and helped with airport transfers.

Very comfortable suite with 2 minutes from ocean, but they are situated near, but people who stay in this hotel are very good and calm, this ideal place for married and family, and Sid is very kind and caring, he will fulfill any request in a minute, 2 girls from Russia, with love!

gute Lage in der Nähe von Strand. Leider hat man unsere Ankunft verschlafen. Somit haben wir einen Teil der ersten Nacht im Garten in einer Hängematte verbracht. Zwei Tage hatten wir kein warmes Wasser.Erst als diverse Gäste reklamiert hatten wurde etwas unternommen.
