Overall Okay. Breakfast spread was decent with limited options. They didn't accept online offer booking. Had to face challenges. Hotels.com reservation team helped out in that situation.

Expedia Group verified review

The location was good, middle of the city but their service was terrible this time. During check in they room was smelling bad, someone has smoked in at the room and they have policy not to smoke at room. they had dirty pillow cover and quilt, they have no arrangements for mosquito coil or machine. When i asked for hot water they said restaurant close hone ke bad kuch Nahi milega. They were not able to get any service.
