Rooms were good...staff were courteous

Staff were helpful. The hotel can improve the amenities in the room...better coffee cups instead of plastic ones, provide bottled water as and when needed, newspaper delivery to rooms

Value for the money

The in room safe was not working and I had to be moved to another room.

The staff and security were excellent. Very helpful and had time for you. The road the hotel is on was a bit manic but we managed. The only downside for me was all the food had chilly. So I could not eat.

The hotel was clean and stay was very comfortable.

We stopped over for a night on our way to Munnar. This stay was good, food was great and room was spacious.

A really disappointing stay, unfortunately I had Pre-booked for 1 week, or I would have checked out much earlier. During my 7 nights stay, I suffered 3x nights of electricity loss, and power wasn’t restored, so being dependant on a breathing CPAP machine I couldn’t sleep. To make matters worse, one evening there was a total loss of hot water when I arrived back at the hotel at around 8pm, after a long hard day. I escalated this and was continuously fobbed off, told it would be sorted in 10mins, so I would then be sat waiting for 45mins / 1 hour before ringing reception to chase for an update, and being told the same thing for hours on end. Eventually at 2:am, I gave up waiting as I was exhausted and had to try get some sleep without having a shower, yet again, suffering another loss of power in the night, so another sleepless night… UNBELIEVABLE! I handed a bag of clothes in for laundry. The bag was returned 2 days later, absolutely stinking of a vomit-like smell. I called reception, they sent someone up to my room. He agreed this was unacceptable and asked if he could re-wash the clothes, so I agreed. The next day the clothes came back smelling exactly the same. I was SO disappointed. I was then accused of not understanding that this is the “SCENT” of clean washed clothes with the soaps they use?!? I decided enough was enough and moved hotels and took my laundry with me to wash at the new hotel instead. Avoid at all cost if you want a restful hotel.

Staff services and meals excellent. Shopping touring trasport connection is very easy. Only suggestion to have small fridge in room.

This is a 3 star hotel aiming to be a 4 star.

There was a bad odor in the hallways. Luckily that did not somehow permeate into the room.

Parking is the main issue here.. though the valet parking available, cars are not parked in the slot.. disappointed with watchman and parking

It is a good hotel but the hotel management should clean infront of the hotel.It was very dirty outside.

I liked how they gave a massage chair in our hotel room. I didn’t like the cleanliness of the face products (eg moisturizer) there was dust on the bottle.

Sorry the rooms are not clean, and the common coordior is smelling

We stayed there for 1 night and it was located near the shopping area. The hotel food was good and most importantly, the Manager Mr Milton was so helpful and great hospitality rendered.

The staff welcomed us warmly, nothing was too much trouble. they were kind, courteous and efficient at all times. I would particularly like to mention the following staff from the restaurant, Mr Balajr, Mr Kathiresan and Mr Karthik as well as the hotel manager and all his staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Lots and lots of staff who all want to be of service. Which is good but they need better organising. Having said this the staff were lovely. A good hotel in a quiet part of Coimbatore. Food was good and room a nice size.
