It was not at all good experience. I booked AC room, and the disgusting part, AC was not functioning properly. Morever the manager said we do not gurantee power backup for AC. Only fan was working during power outage. You cannot expect if you have paid for AC room which has been given the top floor of the hotel and that also AC not working. Room service was satisfactory.
