Hotel Sai Krish Grand

Room was booked with king size bed for 2 adults and 2 kids but it was a queen size bed only 2 person can sleep and room pic which shown in the website it's not the same it was very disappointing.

We booked family room and we get only 1 queen size bed & 1 small bed for 4 ppl accommodations. Also they cheated us on Cab booking charges . Initially free pickup offered by hotel later it was charged. So no face value & no commitments. Pls avoid to use this hotel . It was very unpleasant & uncomfortable experience. They didn’t provide any bill copy & every time they say will share you online but my computer is not working this moment. You can understand how they manage hotel without computer .

Bedsheets and blankets are not clean. They stink. I requested for blanket change. The new set provided is also dirty. Hot water is not properly available(Geyser is not working). Rooms are on the pricey side.

Clean and well maintained except the beds which aren’t comfortable. It took a bit of time to find out the location since the access road to the hotel was blocked. Breakfast was not good. Overall decent hotel near the airport.

No fuss accomodation near the airport . Good for transiting through ( which is what we did )

Staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was really nice. Room was small but comfortable. The location was convenient to the airport but not to anything else.

Hotel is very clean. And it's located very near to airport. And the free breakfast really good.

I booked a Family Studio, 2 Bedrooms, 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed paying extra money, but when I checked in they gave me a one room with 1 Double Bed and 1 Single Bed, another single bed on the floor! When I asked the guy at the reception, he claimed the double bed as King Bed and single bed as Queen Bed! I asked him to bring a tape, measure and show me how they are King and Queen beds, he was not ready. I paid extra for Family Studio and got a Single room! Totally dishonest!! I will never stay in this hotel again!!!

It's nice property & recommendable.

During my checkin ,i was asked to pay extra GST for 3 rooms, though i paid all the money (including taxes)at front to expedia for 3 rooms.this didnt happen for any hotels,i booked during that time.

I can recommend this hotel for anyone for a short stay in Chennai especially for those flying in or out of Chennai airport. It is 10 minutes from airport terminals, so very convenient. Staying here takes away worries re traffic delays, when you have to board a flight. It is clean with basic facilities. Staff is friendly. Website suggest free airport transfer but do not be surprised if you are asked to pay extra. So ensure arrangements at booking to avoid last minute surprises (especially if you book online with booking sites rather than the hotel directly). The hotel management has already been advised to clearly difine the conditions on their website re free airport transfer (hopefully they will do so). They are also happy to provide continental type breakfast in your room even at very early hours prior to your flight. Overall good value for money.

Nous avons réservé 2 nuits dans cette hôtel. La navette aller-retour est normalement gratuite mais non...on vous fait payer et ça dépend de la tête du client de 300 roupies à 1000 roupies (sachant qu'avec un taxi normal c'est 250 roupies). Dans la chambre, la douche et les toilettes ne sont pas séparés et pire, pour prendre la douche, tu te mets à coté du WC...pas très cool! Nous avons réserver un taxi avec l’hôtel pour aller au centre commercial Phenix, nous avons payer le triple (1 500 roupies avec l’hôtel et 500 roupies avec un taxi normal). Coté restauration: petit-dej = 2 toast beurré + 1 cuillère à soupe de confiture + 1 tasse de thé + 1 omellete
