I paid for breakfast, spa combo along with my booking but the staff kept denying

We enjoyed out stay at the Hyatt Gurgaon and felt very well looked after by the staff - especially the serving staff from Sikkim who worked in 'The Lounge', Housekeeping, and the Asst. Front office Manager, all of who went over and beyond our expectations to ensure we were happy and comfortable during our stay. Thank you all for the warm welcome and unforgettable stay at your hotel!

Our experience at this hotel was utterly disappointing and frustrating. We arrived at 8:15 PM and were forced to wait for our rooms, which lacked basic amenities like towels and shower gels that had to be repeatedly requested. To make matters worse, the noise from a wedding procession at 4 AM was deafening and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast service was equally unimpressive, with used cutlery carelessly placed in the utensil stand and coffee served in chipped, broken cups. The lack of attention to detail and basic hospitality was staggering. Needless to say, I would strongly advise against staying here.

Room, staff, hygiene.. nothing was up to the mark. I can attach proofs if needed.

Very clean and beautiful suite ( we had an upgrade which was a real treat!) spa for 2 was unbelievably good and very good prices. Breakfast was so varied and catered for every diet. Staff were all very helpful and friendly-highly recommended hotel!

The room size was good, bigger than other hotels. The hotel gives a feel of high-end property. The bathroom was quite big too.

It was an amazing trip. The Hyatt Regency hotel is very comfortable and clean. The service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. The breakfast was another plus at this hotel. They had a wide variety to choose from and everything was cooked fresh. Everything was very very clean at this hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We had issue in bathroom and water was all Over bathroom. We called for urgent service and nobody showed up to fix the issue for next 2-3 hours The second issue is when we called front desk to provide service on moving luggage down and they did not send anyone. It was shameful that lady’s have to move all luggage down in elevator. We had total 12 bags and it was very inconvenient.

Nothing but issues from checking in to check out. Don’t go to their restaurants unless you want flies in your food. Aircon in our room wasn’t working, was really cold. Reception staff were friendly. The restaurant manager was rude.

Not a nice stay due to hygience condition and cleanliness of room.

Great comfortable hotel. We were there for 6 nights mid January. We did arrive about 11 am and the hotel had our room ready. Not hotels fault I know but there was a thick fog/smog for the entire 6 days we were there. So consequently very cold outside. The public areas although very clean were quite cool in particular the Club lounge. In the lounge the drinks service was quite slow mostly. Although the light snacks on offer were very tasty and well presented the 2 hot offerings each night were just luke warm. Although too cold sit outside never mind swim the pool area was very shabby. The outside of the pool was covered in bird droppings and cracked uneven tiles. No information in rooms regarding hotel facilities. Be warned, if there is a wedding going on, which lasts 3 days don’t expect an early night. We were on the 12th floor overlooking the hotel entrance where there is a green area to host the weddings and we were kept awake till early hours on 2 of those nights. The staff at this hotel were all very polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with plentiful options. The room was very comfortable as was the bed (like sleeping on a cloud). From here we did trips to the Taj Mahal and Jaipur which took about 3 1/2 to 4 hours to reach from here. Despite the negatives mentioned above it is a top class hotel and we would go back but would like them to address the few negatives above first.

Food and beverages team in Kitchen direct were very helpful indeed. Rahul Bhardwaj was on duty for most of our stay and his attention to details and customer focus is commendable well done, Rahul and thank you The team leader in the above section was also very customer focused and attentive.
