My biggest issue with this hotel was the cleanliness of their cutlery and cups. We went to high tea and it took looking through 3 cups to find one without stains, hair or other debris. My friend got sick after eating a chicken Cathi roll in the restaurant. Food was meh. Rooms were beautiful and very clean.

The room was big but nothing worked in it including television, internet and hot water. Staff tried to fix things but they didn’t seem competent. This was the worst stay in many years even though we paid such high price for India.

An excellent hotel with good sized rooms and beautiful gardens. The staff very helpful. The only negative was poor Wi-Fi signal from the hotel which never got resolved during our stay.
Otherwise a very nice and friendly hotel.

The property grounds are beautiful . I feel the area that needs some attention are the rooms ( or maybe it was the section where we stayed) They are quit comfortable but getting a bit old and tired . Needs updating
