Stay started poorly with very discourteous front reception staff. We were assigned a room which already had guests in it & while quickly rectified no apology given at all. Room was ok but not what expected of a 4 star hotel. Dining room staff were very different, extremely polite and attentive, especially Rajesh and Depayat

We had booked the room for two night but had to check out after one night only. The hotel should be a 3 star and not a 5 star. the rooms very dirty, the taps were leaking with muddy water coming from it. The door lock was not functioning properly. There was no tea bags in the room and they do not provide complimentary water bottle in the room. i would suggest to give a skip to the said hotel
