Clean room, reception staff and front desk manager helpful. Breakfast food was average.

The location was perfect ; close to the Guruvayur temple. The staff was courteous, kind and helpful. I heartily recommend this location.

Reasonably close to the temple; food options available in the hotel's restaurant itself which were reasonably priced.

The hotels website did not have the information they asked for. They wanted a copy of passport and OCI. On Expedia or hotels website it did not show the requirement. Got to the hotel at 11.15pm. The receptionist Akhil was not at all understanding and arguing with this. I said if this is a requirement why did the hotel call the day before. Finally got into the rooms at 1.15pm. Overall service was awful from the reception manager and staff. I will never recommend or stay at this hotel.

The place is very clean and well maintained and the theme matches with the city. Loved their hospitality and food. Definitely recommend staying here for an upscale stay experience with a touch of local tradition.

The bathroom is stinking

My mom got sick in the middle of the night and staff went above and beyond to help her with out expecting anything from us

In Expedia it was showing good reviews for this hotel and the it had all the facilities I was looking for like in-room dining , laundry .. 4 star rating.. But it was totally opposite.. Please dont stay in this hotel if your plan is to visit the temple.. Its too far and the road to that place is scary.. and its difficult to get auto from this place in the morning time.. The room itself was not cleaned and was not having an iron box and not even the towels.. I have to request for those... now there are no laundry service and inroom service -- may not be a big thing for others but for me it was a must.. Staff act as if they are not aware of hotel plocies and if asked will keep saying sorry sir i dont know.. My sincere request is to avoid this place if you are booking this for temple visit not a atmosphere which will give positive vibes.

We were booked two deluxe rooms and due to emergency in the family,one of the room have checked out on the second day. But the hotel staffs charged us entire booking amount in single strock which is not justifiable at all

Authentic Kerala setup

Hotel stay is really good and comfortable. Parking space needs to be improved
