The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful during check-in and check-out. This is the second time I've stayed at Morse Hotel. The place is comfortable, the bedroom and bathroom are clean, and of course it's close to the station. I'm really satisfied. Next time I go to Malang, I will continue to stay at Morse Hotel🥰

The hotel is strategic, very easy to reach from the station by foot and close to places to eat. Staying here is very comfortable and there are several common areas that can be used (sofa and dining table on the terrace and near the lobby). Overall cleanliness is okay although there are some spots that still need more attention (cobwebs in the corners are often missed). The breakfast is some quite tasty (soto) and some still need to be improved in taste (fried rice, fried chicken). Most of the staff are super helpful, friendly, and agile. Another thing that still needs to be considered is the additional fee policy for early check in because it is quite expensive per hour. Overall, I am satisfied staying here and the place is recommended for tourists who want to go to Malang.

nice to stay here.
the late check in, late check out process is very flexible, near the new city station, exit the alley near the culinary center and also delicious food at affordable prices.
friendly staff, easy access, spacious room, clean bathroom, hot water available, very cold air conditioning.
the only suggestion is that there is no mat 😂.
the glass bathroom door inside is cracked, maybe it can be replaced, afraid if the glass cracks fall, and it can endanger guests when taking a shower without knowing there are fragments.

the room is ok, the bathroom is clean, the AC is cold, because the hotel is located in front of the station, so you can often hear the sound of trains passing by but it's not too disturbing. There are also many places to eat around the hotel. but if you want early check-in, the officer said there will be an additional fee but they didn't give you a receipt??
