The hotel is clean, nice and comfortable, the room is okay even though it's a bit narrow.. only the bed isn't comfortable. I asked for a twin bed, one of the beds is already a bit saggy.. but I've already told the receptionist, hopefully it will be replaced immediately 🥰🥰

Thank God. The hotel is reasonably priced for a 4-star hotel. The lobby is very clean and fragrant. The front desk staff is very friendly. Initially, we wanted to leave our luggage first because we arrived at the hotel around 12:30. The staff allowed us and promised to take us to our room. Thank God. Around 1:00 PM, we were still around the hotel for prayers, etc., but the hotel staff allowed us to check in early, from the standard 2:00 PM check-in time, at no additional cost. Check-in was at 1:00 PM. They even gave us a room upgrade at no additional cost. The hotel may seem old, but the service was very satisfying. Hopefully, we'll have the opportunity to return to Yogyakarta and stay at this hotel again. Cheers!

The carpet is dirty, there are ants and cockroaches in the corridor, the toilet is not very clean. The good thing is that access to Malioboro and the station is very close. Please improve it again. Because the 2 months I slept in this hotel were clean and comfortable.

Yesterday, the water was blocked, but the staff responded very quickly when they called. Location: Strategic location, just a short walk to Malioboro, in front of Tugu Yogyakarta Station. Spacious parking, a swimming pool, so the kids enjoyed it. There's also a gym. If I go back to Yogyakarta, I want to stay here again.
