Staffs are friendly and helpful. Great experience for my first stay at this hotel. Front desk staff assisted me during my late check in with passion. Definitely will stay at this hotel again during my next visit to Medan.

A hidden gem. We paid the price of a normal hotel but got the quality and service of a 5-star hotel. The facility was clean. The staff were amazing. The breakfast pleasantly satisfied all of our palates (indo and foreigner). And the massage facilities on site provide perhaps the best massage I have ever had in Indonesia!

Very nice place, it's very simple and easy. Hotel with no deposit money, only insert card to the box for check out. It's a very convenient policy, really love it, and looking forward to staying again.

Always stay at this hotel when there are activities in Medan City, this time last minute had to return to a meeting, and was helped by the Duty Manager, Mr. Nando to cancel 1 night with Traveloka, very good service and feedback. Suggestion to take a room facing the clock, not towards the gas station, a bit noisy with music from the gas station, and loud motorcycle exhausts. This is not the hotel's fault, external factors but perhaps can be communicated with the gas station to lower the music volume

Sound proof so bad, outside too noise, can't sleep. The room is big, but there is no tower.

The staffs at the lobby and the restaurant were very friendly. Booked the deluxe-type room, and it was spacious for 2, cozy, and clean. The air conditioner was kinda hard to turn up/down the temperature, maybe it's just me who was confused about how to operate it. Gonna revisit this hotel for sure!
