This was my first experience in Garut. I stayed here for one night and met very friendly and helpful staff. The taste of the food at breakfast really suits my taste, the cleanliness of the room is good, the facilities such as the swimming pool and Wi-Fi internet are good and usable. The first time I came here, I was given the best service starting from the security guard, the best plus friendly service from the receptionist, I was very satisfied, thank you from check-in to checkout🥺 The breakfast food is also delicious, usually when I go to big hotels it tastes bland but here the first impression is that it suits my tongue, in other guests' reviews it was the same, it turned out when I tried it myself, wow, it's really delicious. The cleanliness of the area and the room is as clean as if it were at home, whatever the roomboy requests. The vibes are like being in Bali, I really like it 10/10, I will bring my family here again. Not my first time in Garut, but my first time staying at Aleyra. The service is great, the admin WA always replies, and the hotel staff are also friendly, very helpful. The breakfast is quite good, there are choices even though there are not many, and I like the friendly omelet maker. The hotel is comfortable, it feels like sleeping in your own room.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was varied and delicious. The room's surroundings were clean and cool. If you got bored in your room, you could relax in the garden. There were no mirrors in the rooms, only in the bathroom.

The hotel staff and restaurant staff were friendly. The 2-night stay was quite pleasant, and you can request for the room to be cleaned. Unfortunately, there was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom. The lights were dim, but not too dim. The wardrobe in room 1 seems to need repair. There is warm and regular water available for showering. This is great. It's a shame that there is no hairdryer. There is a swimming pool in the middle of the outdoor area with regular water, not warm water. The breakfast menu is varied, there are fruits, eggs, main courses of white fried rice, vegetables, meat dishes, and rice noodles. Honestly, all the chef's dishes are delicious, none of them are bland. Good job, chef.

The receptionist was very helpful, and the room was clean and spacious for the price. Unfortunately, if you're on the second floor and have luggage, it's a hassle because you have to climb the stairs and there's no assistance.

Thank God, the food is quite varied and delicious. The hot water shower takes a while to come out. The tile on the stairs in room number 11 is broken. Hopefully, it will be repaired soon, as it could be dangerous. Thank you to all the friendly staff, especially the parking attendant, who was very quick. I hope Aleyra continues to be successful.
