We stayed on Saturday (1N), when we checked in we were informed that the wifi and TV were being repaired because yesterday we went to the reception info reception, the information was in the process of being repaired for 1/2 hour, but until I checked out at 10 o'clock the wifi and TV were still We couldn't do it yet, to make matters worse the lift was also dead so we had to go down the stairs to the 3rd floor carrying things. Sorry, that's a mess. I won't go to this hotel again, even if next time there are no other hotels, only this hotel is available, I'd better turn back home.

Perdana staycation dengan teman teman di hotel berkonsep apartemen dengan tipe 2 bedrooms di 'kampung arab'. Hehe. Plus: bisa early check in di jam 13.00, room sangat luas & nyaman, smart TV, wifi lumayan, smoking room, service / pelayanan bagus. Minus: deposit Rp. 200.000 atau jaminan KTP, room sudah dibersihkan tapi masih banyak kekurangan; lantai berminyak. Tissue habis. Sampah ketinggalan untuk dibersihkan, tidak ada gantungan baju/celana di kamar mandi, tidak ada jemuran handuk, tidak ada AC di living room, tidak ada sarapan dengan harga room yang lumayan. Tapi selebihnya cukup menyenangkan, terima kasih.

Nyobain nginep di sini, ternyata pas masuk kamar, wah keren! Hotel rasa apartemen, fasilitas lengkap. Kita juga bisa masak di sini, di sediakan peralatan dapur juga, bisa nyimpen es di kulkas, bener-bener lengkap. Minusnya waktu masuk, handuk belum ada, saya kira memang tidak diberikan fasilitas handuk ternyata lagi di laundry karena memang saking penuhnya kamar dari kemaren. Saya tau pun dari tetangga yang menginap di sini, akhirnya saya minta handuk kepada petugas, petugas pun sigap buat ngambilin handuk yang saya minta, saran saya harusnya pihak hotel memberi tahu bahwa handuk sedang di laundry atau setelah handuk beres di laundry di antarkan ke kamar satu persatu jadi kita sebagai customer tidak perlu repot-repot meminta kepada petugas karena itu adalah fasilitas yang diberikan hotel. Dan lantai kamar menurut saya lengket, entah karena pengunjung sebelumnya atau memang kurang bersih mengepelnya, itu aja sih. Selebihnya sangat worth it lah dengan harga & fasilitas yang diberikan.

It was very disappointing that the receptionist service did not provide a solution or apologize, instead lying and making excuses for selecting the application. Many times I ordered in the application it was never like this, it didn't match the note that was written and instead of providing a solution instead it blamed the other party, very unprofessional, and don't because we have already been paid we have to just accept it and as far as I know customers must be served well . I think it's worse than other than the room which was still dirty and the floor was greasy which made us have to re-clean it.
