The hotel is comfortable, very close to Gaia Mall so no need for traffic jams. For the room we got in room 251, the AC wasn't cold enough even though it was set to 16 degrees and the fan was loud but still not as cold as it should be. The service is very good starting from the receptionist, security and waiters in the restaurant. The food is okay, like a 3 star hotel in general, the restaurant is semi-outdoor, there is no AC room, it's not good if you bring babies/toddlers because they mix with visitors who smoke even though there are lots of fans. Hopefully it can be better, alimoer.
