all hotel staff are friendly, helpful. First, the admin is very fast response, there was a sudden task so asked for reschedule and it turned out to be possible. The request was fulfilled. The glamping is clean and comfortable. There is also a shuttle that can take us to the cafe. The breakfast menu is delicious. Don't ask about the view, it's really cool.

We booked a couple's cabin, but there were some drawbacks: the room lacked chairs or a sofa, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the toilet kept running, and the Wi-Fi wouldn't work due to constant loading.
Overall, the price, the ambiance, and the mountain view were all right.
If asked if we'd go back, we'd definitely do so. And we found it very memorable.

My first time at Alinson, I stayed in a deluxe room. The bed was rickety, there was no soundproofing, the lights went out three times, the TV was difficult to connect, and the plot twist was the sound of mice in the attic. Even though I was expecting something really cool, it turned out to be just okay.

A shuttle car is provided for access from the lobby to the room because the road is very steep for those who don't want to bother parking their vehicles above
For the access road, hopefully it can be repaired and paved

The room is clean and the bathroom is also clean, the yard is also spacious. But the cleanliness of the equipment is a bit lacking, for example, the glass is dirty so I don't use it. Hopefully the cleanliness of the equipment will still be taken into account.

the sheets are fragrant, clean, the room is also clean (please maintain it). the tissue hanger in room M36 has nails loose so please fix it. all the staff are friendly especially the staff in the restaurant who were willing to get umbrellas for me and my husband in the rain. I really like the view and the coolness. when I wanted to swim it was just a bit uncomfortable because those who weren't staying were sitting near the pool.
