Friendly staff, the first day I got a room on the 1st floor facing Jl. Panglima Polim, it was very noisy because it was almost parallel to the MRT tracks, the driver's voice was annoying. Finally, I asked to move to a room a bit behind but close to Jl. Sungai Samba I've. It's more comfortable and bright during the day. Only the bathroom still found small cockroaches, but after I complained, the staff immediately provided insect cleaning fluid. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I was surprised there was a discount of Rp. 30,000 without any explanation for what. I extended my stay for 1 day until August 14th but only used the room until August 13th at 9 pm because my flight was in the middle of the night. The location is very strategic, close to Blok. M Plaza and the MRT station.

The location is strategic, and the staff was friendly. Room cleanliness was so-so, but amenities weren't complete; only towels were provided.
I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. My bath soap ran out (there was only a small amount left when I checked in). I asked for a refill, but I wasn't given one until check out.
I was surprised when I returned to the hotel that evening to find the room cleaned, but without permission. What if something was missing?
Mineral water wasn't refilled either; I had to ask for more. Breakfast was from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and we arrived at 9:00 AM, and it was all gone without a refill.
The receptionist seemed to be trying to make things look better, and they were also mopping the floor. Requesting this and that made it uncomfortable.

The location is strategic, just a short walk to Blok M. It's very close to Blok M Plaza. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection. The hotel staff were all friendly. The only downside was that there were a few baby cockroaches in the room, even though the room was generally clean. This should be addressed more carefully.

For sure the place you want to stay if you want to explore Blok M and greater southern part of Jakarta. Located around Melawai, this hotel is close to Papaya, Ayam Berkah, Plaza Blok M, and many more. I stayed in room 102, which had a tiny window. However, it was never been a problem. The water in the bathroom flows well, which [is] ] one of the great things about Amaris, no matter where they are. The breakfast menus are various and you may grab them before you explore the area surround you. Walking distance to Blok m MRT station. For sure a nice stay.

There should be 2 units of hot & cold water dispenser on each floor, not just 1 near the elevator and don't sell the Kompas Gramedia Building if Mas Embot alias Pak Liliek Oetama installs a cellphone signal booster on the ceiling of the Amaris Panglima Polim 1 Hotel on each floor and repaints it again. The Amaris Panglima Polim 1 Hotel building has dirty wall and ceiling paint and the TV channels in the rooms are often blank (no broadcasts).
