Thank you Amaris Hotel, next time if I go anywhere, I will just stay at Amaris, the facilities and service are really good, I never buy water, the dispenser is already available so I just need to refill it, I stayed for 5 days near the Nusa Dua Convention so that I could access the concert nearby, thank you.

The bed sheet was dirty when i came and i ask for another room and we agreed that they just gonna change the bed sheet, so i left and when i came back the bed sheet still looks like it’s so dirty. The bidet’s was awful, smell so bad…

The room size is limited, the shower water overflows because there is no curtain, the AC is a bit noisy, the hallway is also noisy with guests' voices and footsteps being heard from inside the room

Regretfully I checked in at 7 pm and probably arrived at the room at half past 8 pm. By hearing the sound of the generator engine / generator sound that was very loud I was in room 325 with a very noisy sound ....
So could not rest because the sound of the engine that entered the room was very loud ....

The bed sheet was dirty when i came and i ask for another room and we agreed that they just gonna change the bed sheet, so i left and when i came back the bed sheet still looks like it’s so dirty. The bidet’s was awful, smell so bad…

The room size is limited, the shower water overflows because there is no curtain, the AC is a bit noisy, the hallway is also noisy with guests' voices and footsteps being heard from inside the room

Regretfully I checked in at 7 pm and probably arrived at the room at half past 8 pm. By hearing the sound of the generator engine / generator sound that was very loud I was in room 325 with a very noisy sound ....
So could not rest because the sound of the engine that entered the room was very loud ....
