The 2-level bed is fragile. 3. There is no water in the hand washing tap in the toilet, please check with the water officer. 4. The door to the room has no door handle/is broken. It's best to install a new one or repair an existing one. 5. The chairs in the kitchen and sofa are torn and damaged, the sofa is dusty. Lots of burn marks? It's best to call a repairman to solve the problem. 10. The bathroom in the room has no hot water. Please check. My advice and that of my guests, it is best not to rent the unit to anyone until the problems above are resolved, especially regarding electricity, if you want to avoid bad reviews from the guest house. At least those who rent out rooms are kind and responsive via WA. Clean swimming pool, busy location but not noisy. The location isn't scary, it's near the mosque too. Basically comfortable. The owner is communicative and informative, the parking lot is quite spacious and don't try to park haphazardly, especially in places where there are no parking signs, the apartment management will padlock the car rims. The security guard, receptionist, cleaning service staff are all friendly. There are also food stalls on the lobby floor with cheap prices.
