Jam check-in terakhir kami pukul 22.00 jika di atas jam tersebut kami tidak bisa akomodir kembali. Kami butuhkan deposit sebesar Rp. 200.000 yang akan kami kembalikan H+3 setelah tanggal check-out. Deposit hanya bisa dibayarkan transfer melalui rekening perusahaan kami.

Room & Toilet was dirty, smelling bad and all the things were in a mess. Bath Towels were smelling badly.

It's quite big, there's a swimming pool. The room is so-so, the toilet is old-fashioned and please bring your own toiletries. Parking is paid per hour, adding around 100. Depends on how long you park.

The complicated rules are more complicated than a 5***** star hotel, I won't want to come back to stay there, the room is like a warehouse, there are many useless items placed in the room, the walls and floors are not maintained,

Capacity for 2 people but the mattress is very small, only fits 2 people, cancel and check the bed sheet again, the bed sheet has lots of stains

my experience staying here, the rooms are quite good for the price, it's a bit complicated to use the deposit of 200 rb, transferred and then returned +3 days after check out, even the process is quite long, because this is an apartment that has a different CS, it's not possible found cm by WA only.

The deposit money has not been returned until now. Anyway, if the deposit is not returned by tonight, I will report it to the authorities. This is the same as fraud. The 200 h+3 deposit was returned but it has not been returned until now. Where the room does not match the one in the photo.

Strategic location is nice but it's hard to find food, there's no Indomaret in the apartment, you have to go to the front first, the swimming pool road is quiet, electricity uses tokens, when I was sleeping it went out, it was hot, the admin couldn't be contacted, so I checked out early in the morning.
