Advice for those who want to check in, confirm 2 hours before check in, because the person holding the key does not stay on the premises, if not be prepared to wait a long time. The bed cover is a bit dirty, the rest is neat, the AC is cold, the floor is not dusty, and the toilet is clean.

Very bad service, there is a deposit that is not written in the previous details. When asked for a refund, it was said H+2 even though it was not informed at the beginning. The room's bed is also itchy, there is no wifi, the bathroom is full of hair, the service is very minus. This is the first time I was unlucky to get the rest that was ready, it turned out the quality was far from other agents. Check-in is also very slow, I waited 1 hour in the parking lot. This deposit, I have been informed to check out from 10 am to 4 pm, still no news. It's outrageous.

The check-in process was a bit complicated, there was also a deposit of 200k and it wasn't immediately returned. I booked on Saturday, until I wrote this review on Monday my deposit had not been returned. The room is still okay, there is wifi but the password is not given until check out. The refrigerator flooded the room because it seemed to have been frozen and then turned off so the water was full in the refrigerator until I had to drain it myself. The officer who took you to the room was quite friendly, but the lobby security was not very friendly. Even though the apart party has definitely coordinated the daily rental, it is very unfriendly to daily guests. That's all, hopefully it will be an improvement.
