I just feel like this hotel isn't the right fit for me. The environment around the hotel isn't very friendly, with an old town style that isn't very neat. The hotel itself is okay, and the food is decent, but I find the interior a bit odd. You have to fill the water bottle in the dispenser yourself, so you don't get free bottled water like in other usual hotels. Additionally, I don't like one of the receptionists; He isn't very friendly and is sarcastic towards me. I understand that procedures are important, but when dealing with customers, ensuring they feel comfortable and being more empathetic would be appreciated.

Vibes hotel kayak udh lama banget dan agak creepy menurut aku. Lokasi terbantu karena adanya pasar atom. Trus klo malam itu beneran sepi bngt. Service dan pelayanan nya bagus. Sehat selalu buat bapak2 yg udh bantuin kami foto2 wkt di lobby. Beliau patut di apresiasi karena keramahannya. Thanks New Grand, hope to see you again ❤.

Its quiet, old style and acceptable for the price. The breakfast is homemade. Keep improving your services.

Good to sleep. No hot water. Facilities not well maintain. But OK for the price.
