The hotel is clean, comfortable and has good ambience for family staycation. Unfortunately there is a little bit problem when I tried to rest at night because the live music stage too close with my room, the music was noisy and disturbing.

Great Location. What a calm and peaceful place to stay. The room is clean and very comfortable! The atmosphere is so nice. Staff were friendly. I really enjoyed stay in here, had a wonderful experience! For sure will be back again in the future 😊

It's very happy holidays in this hotel, everything's are available, the room rate is affordable, my parents, my children are enjoyed. Reasonable. The car park is not all connected to the hotel lift so someone has to go up and down the stairs and it is very corner located. Parking tickets must always be stamped repeatedly if we frequently go in and out of the hotel. This is really troublesome.

Beautiful view of mount Salak. Sunrise and sunset. The room facilities nice. Provide flow drink water.

The room is okay, but some of the furniture is broken. The water park for this hotel is somewhat good, but the largest one haven't got any maintenance since 6 months ago and it 's really dirty. The staff were great but the wifi isn't fast, the average speed is 2 Mbps. Overall, my stay at this hotel were great.

Swimming pool is dirty and sheet on the bed as well. On the other hand access to the venue just had been not supported by a proper road.
