I stayed in a 2-room bungalow, each room has a bathroom, complete with toiletries. the towel is fragrant. The room is spacious too. It's nice to have an indoor swimming pool, so there's no need to worry, even though it's raining in a storm, we can still swim :) The location is really cool, so for those who are looking for a place to stay that doesn't cool to play, here is the place. The staff is friendly. Happy when I see the pricelist at the reception, booking in the application turns out to have a lot of discounts. Thanks Traveloka. Thanks ARRA Pinus Valley. The room was clean, but not comfortable because it was too humid in the room. The hotel location is beautiful but the rooms are damp. Please pay attention again. For breakfast it's delicious.

The place and temperature are good, quiet, because you are really looking for a quiet place, the service is not fast enough. Is it because of Ramadan, empty of visitors. At dawn the restaurant is also closed. Thanks for the experience.

Suka sama kamarnya luas, rapi, playground juga ada di 3 titik. Untuk kamar standard di sebrang, jadi kayak beda komplek gitu, tapi bisa upgrade kamar kok. Dan untuk jam check out ternyata setengah 1, bukan jam 1. Agak ga nyaman di situ karena diteleponin sama staff nya. Dan baru kali ini aku ke hotel ada pengecekan kelengkapan kamar, but it's ok. Overall bagus makanannya juga enak

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, lots of children's games, suitable for healing, cool air because there are lots of trees. If you choose a standard room, the room is across the street, separated from the hotel complex. Yesterday stayed in bungalows 2 & 3, spacious rooms. Thank you.

Seneng banget nginep di sini karena kamar bersih ruangan wangi ada fasilitas kolam renang dan taman bermain juga untuk anak-anak. Yang awalnya sedikit pesimis karena lokasi menuruni bukit dan masuk kepemukiman warga tapi ternyata sesuai dengan ekspektasi saya. Kamar bersih, dan wangi. Fasilitas sama seperti hotel bintang 5 free breakfast nya Juga sangat memuaskan. Lelah dalam perjalanan terbayar dengan kenyamanan suasana gunung yang indah dan asri. Thanks arra semoga makin berkembang investasi perhotelannya, semoga istiqamah juga dalam kebersihan dan dalam mengutamakan kepuasan pelanggan. 💪

Overall cukup puas, check in smooth, kamar standard luas, amenitis cukup lengkap, ada kopi gula teh dan teko listrik, staffnya ramah. Masukan: untuk toiletnya kalo bisa dikasih pengharum toilet ya, dan sarapannya cukup baik hanya saja kurang sayur-sayuran dan pilihan nasinya hanya nasi goreng, baiknya di tambahkan nasi putih untuk anak-anak yang tidak bisa makan pedas 😊

Minusnya: - Kamar bau lembab. - Bantal kecil sepertinya sarung bantalnya gak diganti. - Konsep kamar mandinya gak jelas. Overall cukup bagus. Rate kamar saat weekend lumayan mahal, agak gak sesuai sih dengan kondisi hotel.
