The room is clean but smelly, I even found 3 cockroaches in my room. The drainage in the bathroom smells. The complimentary water heater is not cleaned enough. The breakfast is not very varied.

Second time in this hotel. Still, there is always a lot of dust and spider webs behind the TV 😅 but other than that the place is comfortable, clean, fun, cool, makes you feel at home, the food is also delicious. The hotel room is spacious with a spacious king size bed. There is also a cafe or hangout on top of the cool reception building. It's just that the swimming pool uses an addition system instead of being completely drained so that the pool water feels slippery, foamy and not clear even though the concept of the place is very good. For buffet breakfast with a choice of 5-6 side dishes only. Hoping to be improved because the potential is there to be the hotel with the best experience.

Quite satisfied, but there are some notes, such as the room there is a choice of double and single (king) bed and I have requested a single (king) size bed but still get a double bed, the phone cannot be used, the hotel toiletries are not satisfactory, the tv has not been installed with cable tv channels , the photo of the room is realistic and the overall hotel facilities are quite satisfactory, good service starting from security, reception, waiters are all friendly and kind, the food is also delicious, hopefully the parking area can be improved further so it won't be too disappointing because hotel competition in Batu City is getting tighter. .

For a 3 star hotel, maybe that's enough. It's just that my wifi is difficult to connect. Already connected but no internet. There is no socket in the bed area, I think this is really needed, because we've been around all day, the battery runs out, and we lie down while charging our cellphones and cellphone toys (see the photos ), sorry we didn't provide brushes and toothpaste, right? ? Incidentally for the second time being superior in my opinion is not satisfactory. The first visit the rooms are nice, spacious, the facilities are okay, on the top floor (superior). The second is clearly we want to repeat it, it turns out we got on the 3rd floor and incidentally the air conditioner is not cold at all, the sink drain is also not smooth and the impression is also a bit dull and singup, unlike our first visit (before the pandemic). There are 3 building locations. front, middle, rear. Incidentally can be the middle one, the room yes as in other superior hotel classes, size is quite relieved. The shower part of the shower alone is somewhat less clean when compared to the ones I have stayed before and the toilet water spray is too low press. The service was okay, I had to change rooms because I was alone on the top floor, and free of charge, the lighting in my room was very lacking in luminance because (not everyone likes dimly lit). Swimming pool clean. Breakfast is okay, buffet all you can eat, drink, fruit, happened to be a pecel rice menu, tastes okay, not canned pecel, per person outside the coupon plus 50 thousand. comfortable atmosphere, with proportional land / buildings, not a full hotel building.
