The children were very happy to stay at Aston, this was the first time the children had been to Jakarta... a clean, luxurious hotel with complete children's facilities, a children's swimming pool and a cool and fresh playground beside the pool, full air conditioning, various games... we will definitely come back to Aston if we go to Jakarta...

I booked a suite type room with the price given I compared to other hotels, I think it is very worth the price given. The room is clean, comfortable and I was given the convenience to check in early. The staff is friendly, the breakfast has many variants and it tastes good. Top for Aston Kartika Grogol Hotel, God willing next time I will stay here again.

When I checked in (checked in at 12 midnight after my anniversary dinner with my husband), I clearly said to make sure I had a double bed. I even booked a double bed. When I entered the room, I was given twin beds. My husband and I had separate beds? When I called the receptionist, they casually said it was full. Why did I book so far in advance? I won't be coming back to stay here again. The receptionist was really stupid and poor housekeeping came at 1 am to move the beds to make them one. Putting them together is still uncomfortable!!!

Overall this is a convenient and comfortable place to say, with some very helpful staff, particularly at the concierge.
One comment for improvement: the choice food at the buffet breakfast has become a bit limited, and quite often the heaters are left off so it isn't warm.
