Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly especially because my child was sick. Unfortunately I got room that was located exactly behind elevator, and I could hear elevator machine almost all time, which was very annoying and made me couldn't sleep.

The location very close to German Beach only 3min walking.. Very close to halal Sa Cafe and mini market.. 3 min ride to Lippo Mall Kuta & Discovery Mall.. 5 min ride to Pantai Kuta & Beachwalk Mall..
The room r spacious and the bath up are so clean, also the Bathrobe so comfort love it..
The Pool good..
The breakfast also good..
The staff are helpful..
There are Water Dispensers out of all room so no need to buy water love it
Unfortunately Aston Kuta gave me VERY NOISY room no 210 because room 211 was under construction.. so if you book here, make sure you did not get the room beside Construction

It was just one night stay in bali with superior room booking, but luckily i got upgraded to deluxe room. The room was spacious and comfort. I had a bit trouble connecting the smart tv to netflix, but overall i was satisfied with the stay. Id love to stay at this hotel again if i visit bali.

I decided to stay at Aston Kuta again after staying 11 years ago. The building is well-maintained. The interior of the family room has been renovated, making it even more comfortable. The shower is excellent. Both hot and cold water are excellent. The lighting meets my expectations. Perfect for reading, doing assignments, or sleeping. The widescreen TV is very helpful for me, who wears glasses 😄. The breakfast menu is very varied. There are slices of ginger, lemon, and honey in the beverage corner, perfect for my morning drink when I'm sick with a cold.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Regarding the room cleaning service, we have checked our Housekeeping log book. Based on the recorded data, one of the two rooms you booked has been cleaned every day according to schedule. Meanwhile, for the second room, there is a note that on one of the days there was a request from the guest not to clean the room, but only to replace the amenities, and this has been followed up by our Housekeeping team. We deeply regret if this caused any inconvenience during your stay. Regarding the salty water, we immediately conducted a thorough check in the room in question and ensured that our filtration system consisting of a sand filter, carbon filter, and softener was functioning normally at that time. In addition, there were no similar reports from other guests during the same period. However, we are still conducting a more detailed inspection to ensure that similar things do not happen in the future. We greatly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the quality of our services. We look forward to welcoming you back with a better experience in the future.

the room is spacious so I can move more freely. the safe deposit box is big, this is very important for me because I travel while working while on vacation, I have to bring a laptop but I also want to swim at the beach, it's impossible to bring a laptop. There is a refrigerator to put skincare (hahahhaa important), to put Falala chocolate before going home so it doesn't melt. The breakfast is quite varied, standard for a star-rated hotel that is all you can eat. The swimming pool is also quite comfortable. The location of the gym is a bit hidden away from world civilization. if you want to go to the gym at night it's a bit scary 😇😇. because it's on the top floor and in the back corner. the equipment is a bit old. except for 1 treadmill which is the newest.

Nice hotel with friendly staffs, good location with mini market, shopping mall, restaurants around and close with the beach. The breakfast was good with many varieties, also good cocktail especially frozen daiquiri 😄 make me happy to stay there and will come back for sure soon. Cheap but worth it.
