Extended from 2 nights to 4 nights because it felt comfortable enough. I just chose the wrong room type, I booked a Deluxe for the first 2 nights and then extended it, but I ended up booking a Superior... I informed the FO hoping I wouldn't have to move rooms, but it turned out I couldn't. It's okay though... because it was my fault... Okay, the Superior is just a smaller room size. Tq

It will be a reliable hotel when I'm on a work assignment in Makassar... just pay more attention to the cleanliness of the sheets and bathroom, and if possible add more variety to the breakfast menu... It's quite okay for the budget price. Thanks

I've been a long-time Avira customer. The staff were friendly back then. They even gave me two keys. My husband and I always choose Avira when traveling from the countryside to Makassar. During my last check-in, I asked if they could help me print, but the receptionist, who admitted to being Firman, said they couldn't. I asked why. The printer was broken. She'd just printed the hotel guest requirements and I signed. When I asked again, she took another printer and said it was broken. I didn't ask how many sheets, but she curtly answered me. I asked if I paid, tell me. It's the same. It's only three sheets. I told her I'd review it on Traveloka, and she replied, "Well, I'm just trying to make a living." "What's this? I'm a hotel guest paying with money, and I only asked for help printing three letters. I no longer respect the hospitality of the hotel. Even when I entered the room, I could still smell cigarette smoke. I immediately moved hotels. At the new hotel, I was easily helped to print three letters that I would use the next morning for business.

Overall, it was good, comfortable, and the location was perfect for my needs. The only downside was the smoke and cigarette odor coming from the cafe downstairs, and the wet toilet floor never dried because it leaked. That was me in room 312.
