Great people doing great job! Big rooms with much space and view to the jungle. Recommended place to stay in Ubud as they offer for a free shuttle to the main area too. Also great breakfast.

The overall stay at the resort was pleasant! They provide free shuttle to Ubud Palace three times a day which makes going around the beautiful city convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Location wise is not far from centre of Ubud. The 2 bedroom villa is spacious. They should maintain the facilities well because the bathtub at upper floor drain very quickly. Cleanliness is okay.

It's a really cool experience staying here, the price is cheap and you can also get a buthup, it's interesting. If you want to go to Kintamani or the Ubud area, there are also many tourist destinations and beautiful cafes.

Staying here is quite good for the accesibility to gekko tubing and jungle cart. Close to activities in ubud area. But if you get to stay at the 2nd floor, be ready to lift up your luggae to the stairs 😅

Staying here is actually nice with the view of the rice fields, the downside is the water problem huhu. In the morning, we had to leave but we couldn't take a shower because the water was off.

We are checking out after 1x change room in the middle of the night, the rooms soo dirty, lack of maintenance, all rooms smell bad, the bedsheet have a lot of spots and ripped, not recommended and will not go back.

There is no problem with the service. The room is also spacious and has a lot of space. The cleanliness of the bathroom, room, and sofa needs to be improved. The bathroom still has a lot of insect remains. The room is dusty. The sofa with fabric material still has stains and looks like it has never been cleaned. The towels are torn. Worst of all, there is no mat. We could probably bring our own towels. But a mat seems impossible. Breakfast menu. Please pay attention to the protein. At least there are eggs. We think sausage is not a menu that is worthy of being called a breakfast with adequate protein. Hopefully there will be improvements from the hotel management.

The service is very good, the staff is very friendly. But it's a bit unfortunate, the part near the bedside table is a bit dirty. There's a lot of dust as if it's never been cleaned. Then the bathroom needs to be paid more attention to, it's a bit dirty.

Checked in at 21.30, wanted to complain at 22.00 because the mattress was dirty, there were dead ants and there were debris on the mattress, but the staff had gone home and there were no staff to guard it, there was only security and they couldn't help, they just said, "Come tomorrow morning, ma'am," to complain... even though we wanted to put them to bed 😭😭, this is the first time I've stayed at an inn and there were no hotel staff on standby. Please, this inn should have someone guarding the reception. Only 1 car can enter. The wifi doesn't work at all
