A hotel suitable for families. The location is in a strategic area but the room is still quiet, not disturbed by noise from outside.
got a room for a family (3 adults + 1 child) with a swimming pool right in front of the room. Children can swim at any time but we can still supervise from the room.

The service is very friendly, the room is small and looks old. When taking a shower the water is clogged, so the bathroom is flooded. Calling the staff, the response is about 10 minutes and there is indeed a problem with the septic tank. 10 minutes later the problem is resolved.

The hotel needs an upgrade for the rooms. Especially the mattress. Not comfortable, not soft and hard. Room furniture if possible can be upgraded. Bfs OK, please concentrate during the cooking process between halal and non-halal food. (especially when frying non-halal and non-halal meat so that the containers are separated). This is to respect Muslim customers. Overall Good. The staff are very friendly. Especially the Reception section. 🙏🙏🙏

This is my third stay here, the last time I booked 2 rooms with my family, on the spot when checking in I asked the receptionist who was super nice to arrange a connecting room, even gave me a free extra bed. So far I have stayed in several hotels in Bali, this is the friendliest and most helpful. The breakfast is also really good.

Bali Rani Hotel is located very close to Discovery Mall in Kuta. So to enjoy the beauty of the beach and also Sunset just walk 10 minutes from the hotel to Discovery Mall. To buy souvenirs is also close to Lippo Mall.

The environment is nice. Close to everywhere, very close to Discovery Mall. Places to eat are close. Only the room has a lot of mosquitoes. Maybe because there are many plants around. But overall the hotel is good. Very family hotel 👍.
