Batiqa is a great 3-star hotel!!! I really like the good-brand mattress and the pillows, not only are they high-quality but also long, so even though there are two pillows, they are not short, making for a very comfortable sleep. The room and bathroom are very clean, the interior is modern but warm and aesthetic, as is the lobby design, which is modern but full of local touches. Although the rooms are a bit small, they're clean. The staff is friendly. The restaurant and cafe are affordable and delicious. The downside is that there's no swimming pool at this hotel, so there's no entertainment for the kids. However, it's close to the mall and restaurants.

I was a bit disappointed with breakfast. I ordered Indomie fried noodles and asked for vegetables and sausage, but instead I only got the noodles! It was so sweet because I usually finish the food we take. I just ate it reluctantly. After I was almost finished, the staff came to give me the seasoning, saying I forgot it. Sorry to say, but when I ordered the noodles, it wasn't busy anymore, and the staff were chatting.
