I can't count the number of times I've stayed here, the kids love it and feel at home, the swimming pool is spacious and clean, the food is delicious, it's beautiful and comfortable.

All the facilities are okay for that price, nice view. But when I was in the room, the AC didn't work, it seemed like it hadn't been serviced. Overall everything is good, thank you 🙏🙏.

I stayed in room 303 at that time the electricity went off and on at night. And there was a power outage in the morning so the wifi and hot water didn't work for a while. There was no flush button on the toilet. So I just pressed the lever inside and it still worked. Jet shower to clean dirt, a bit leaky. No slippers. There were only 3-4 TV channels including TVRI, and other channels were not commonly watched. Cold AC. Spacious room. Clean water. The sheets had a few holes from cigarette butts. Overall clean. I had breakfast at 8 am which was said to be delivered to the room (in the evening I was told to have breakfast directly at the restaurant, it didn't say it was delivered) from the 3rd floor to the main floor, an effort to climb stairs, if we could eat at the restaurant, it would be better if we had breakfast there directly, rather than going back and forth and who knows what time it was delivered to the room. The remaining food was very cold fried rice (should have used sterno jelly and used a stove so it could stay hot) and fried egg. There was no bread, hot tea and hot coffee (there was only water and cups for tea and coffee) I had asked for hot tea and coffee, 20 minutes later it came out. Which should have been complete at 8 o'clock, there was also fruit (it should have been) a very simple menu.
