I don't regret staying here; the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It's very clean and far from the hustle and bustle of the city. There's a library, gym, and karaoke room. The staff is incredibly friendly, and best of all, the hotel is senior-friendly. Absolutely top-notch.

alhamdulillah quite satisfied and very pleasant staying at BKT, from the fast check in process, helpful and friendly staff..entering the room was immediately greeted by a fragrant aroma, and also clean..complete bathroom equipment, the rooftop view is very nice at night or morning..the air is cool even though it hasn't reached the peak yet. a la carte breakfast, from main dishes to desserts and fruit juices can be, served well at the restaurant. The swimming pool is child-friendly, spacious and very clean, for the elderly you can also soak in warm water in the whirlpool (paid again 25,000). next time I will definitely stay again. highly recommended.

masya allah tabarakallah very pleasant first experience, ordered the lowest room, superior got a room on the 2nd floor (214) car park view + mountain, cool. the room is also well maintained even though the building is old. this will come back again if there are promos from the apps, because weekdays are quiet and breakfast is a la carte, but complete with fruit and cake too, oh can't be expressed in words. satisfied with the view on the rooftop is cool especially the large swimming pool there is also a waterboom and it turns out to be open to the public, weekends if not 25 thousand. it's quite worth it with fairly complete facilities, the shower room is also clean. thank you very much apps and Beth Kasegaran for the promo and service, hopefully your business will be more successful..

The hotel exceeded expectations, with the price and facilities, it was really worth it. The restaurant sells food at a price that I think is very reasonable, all the food ranges from 20 - 100 thousand, nothing is above 100 thousand, cool. So if you stay here and are too lazy to go out anywhere, just go to the restaurant and eat there. The breakfast is also quite complete. The hotel feels like home, in every corner of the room there is a sofa, a classic white building. Spacious rooms, large windows and the view is the best. Lastly, the swimming pool is spacious. There is a mini waterboom, the kids will definitely like it, for sure. Will definitely stay at this hotel again, recommended. Thank you Beth Kasergaran Theresia, hopefully you will always provide the best.

Here are some notes from my perspective. 1. I checked in at 4:00 PM but didn't find any welcome drink in the lobby area. 2. I took a shower around 7:00 PM but didn't experience any hot water at all. 3. The drain under the toilet didn't seem to be working, causing water to pool around the toilet. 4. The soap dispenser was empty. Housekeeping probably overlooked this. If I may offer a suggestion, is it possible to provide a water dispenser on each floor? The rooftop is best because of the spectacular view, especially at night.

friendly staff.. spacious area with good view, pleasant, luxurious, clean and comfortable.. swimming pool is also good.. only the breakfast menu is less varied and lacks taste.. many of the food is empty at 8 am and is not immediately refilled, many of the empty tables in the restaurant are not cleared up..

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is homey and elderly friendly. There are handles in the toilet and shower area. There is a chair for sitting in the shower and there is even a bell in the bathroom. The room is large, clean, and the closet is very large. Unfortunately, the food is lacking in taste, there is little variety, and it feels pricey because the taste is not very good.

The hotel was comfortable, okay. I stayed in a family room. The only issue was the cleanliness behind the bed. There were lots of small ants. There was one strange incident. My 14-year-old son, while we were still at the pool, had finished swimming, so he went to the room first to shower. When he got to the room, he repeatedly tapped the card, but it wouldn't open. It took a while before he could open it. Then he went to the bathroom. After showering, he wanted to wear his beanie. But when he looked in the mirror, he didn't think it fit, so he put it around the bed and went back to the pool. After that, we all went back to the room, and strangely, the beanie was gone. All our belongings were safe, only the beanie was missing. I reported it to the receptionist. I'm okay with it, it's just strange. How could a beanie be missing in the room? All my other belongings—phone, tablet, wallet, etc.—were safe, but the beanie was missing. Hopefully, this mystery can be solved. Besides, it was a pleasant stay, even if the food wasn't great.
