The friendly owner was willing to help me store my bags even though it wasn't check-in time yet. Cozy & homey, feels like coming home. The only thing that needs to be fixed is that the automatic pressure from the water pump needs to be replaced/repaired, it has to be nudged first before it turns on. Other reviews that said the water was slow, well, the water pump hasn't been turned on yet, guys.. 😁

Arriving there in the afternoon, I wanted the kids to rest straight away, but it turned out the villa was being renovated, so I sent a WhatsApp message to the owner and thank God they gave me a replacement villa next door. I wanted to stay at B10 because my late mother and I had stayed there before, so I wanted to reminisce. It turned out it was being renovated. But it's ok, so far so good, thanks to the owner for their fast response. Best of luck B10

The owner is quick to respond. The cleaning lady is also responsive, clean, and comfortable. And I went there for the baby's birthday too. It's close to Batu's tourist attractions, especially BNS, Jatim Park 2, and Batu Square. It's also only 25 minutes to Selecta.

As for the accommodation, there are no problems, everything is clean, fragrant, cool, and the fan is good, basically it's very peaceful. Water heater, dispenser, refrigerator, everything is available... the only thing that's a bit lacking is the place is a bit high and through the forest, haha, so it's a bit difficult to find food, you can use Gojek as long as you get delicious food.

Bagus villa, cuma ibu yang bagian bersih-bersih tanya terus kapan check out, kapan check out, padahal masih pagi sekitar jam 8-an pagi baru balik dari jalan-jalan keliling komplek mau mandi🤣. Tapi ga masalah sih, kebersihan bersih, tempat nyaman, terus mungkin kurang ventilasi atau memang lagi panas banget pas saya ke sana jadi berkeringat pas tidur karena ga ada AC, biasanya ga ada AC pun adem. Tapi all bagus villa-nya ada lampu-lampunya cakep, lucu, bersih.

Highly recommended villa! The place is very comfortable, really nice to stay. The inside is very minimalist but very comfortable for 4-6 people to live in.🥰. There is a kitchen, very complete. Stove, plates, etc. are provided. And there is gallon water and a dispenser. And there is also a refrigerator 😍. The bathroom is really good, there is hot water too.☺️. There are 2 rooms which are really comfortable.🥰. The living room is really nice. There is a TV that is big enough for watching together, there is a sofa that can be used for sleeping too.🥰. And there is a covered parking lot so it doesn't get rained on. And there's a place to hang out in front too.😎. And the most important thing is that the complex is very safe. There is security 😎. And another thing, there is a cute cat guarding the front of the villa😁. In essence, comfortable and complete🥰😍. Suggestion: maybe there is 1 wall fan in the room😁, but it's okay. It's okay if it's cold when the weather is rainy😆. Anyway, if I want to go to Batu again, I'll still choose Villa Bintang B10

The owner of the villa is super duper friendly, the owner is also friendly, but don't try to stay just the two of you, especially if you're alone, it feels like you're testing your courage if it's not on the weekend, the neighbors aren't there at all, especially the villa in the very corner 🙏 The villa is also super narrow, the complex is also quiet, lots of houses aren't there. Staying here for 2 days feels like I want to go home quickly, I'm afraid and goosebumps, plus it's close to BNS, oh yes, lots of cooking utensils and bowls.

Stayed 2 nights at Bintang villa, the atmosphere of the villa was very calm. The villa is very comfortable, the location is easy to access, the villa facilities are complete, there is no air conditioning, because there is no need to remember that the temperature in Batu is very cold. Nyaman sekali menginap di villa ini, ibu penjaga villa ramah dan ada satpam kompleknya juga jadi aman. Memuaskan banget nginep di sini, dari mulai petugas villa nya ramah & satpamnya juga ramah. Bersih, adem, sejuk banget, tidur nggak pake nyalain kipas udah dingin, ada air panasnya juga jadi nggak usah khawatir kedinginan. Peralatan masak lengkap, kamar bersih. Pokoknya berasa kayak pulang ke rumah sendiri. Saran yang mau pesan mending 1/2 hari sebelumnya ya, jangan mendadak kayak saya, biar petugas villa nya bisa siap-siap buat kasih kunci ke kita, jadi sampai villa kita tinggal masuk. Pokoknya nggak bakal nyesel pesan villa ini ✨

(+) 1. Strategic location with Batu Malang City, Jatimpark and BNS. 2. Pocket-friendly prices. 3. If the night is foggy, and you don't need a fan or air conditioner while sleeping. 4. There is security and a car park. 5. In the evening there are food vendors passing by. (-) 1. Yesterday I forgot to replace the battery heater, so all day I had to cook hot water which wasn't enough for one basin to take a shower, because the water here is quite cold like refrigerator water. 2. The rain wasn't too heavy, there was rainwater leaking in front of the front room. 3. The bedroom mattress is comfortable but the room space is too narrow. Overall, this place is still recommended for small families who want to go to Batu City, Malang.
