Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel, very neglected and dirty. The hotel really needs to improve itself. The price is very expensive compared to the poor condition of the hotel.

In the application, I have requested a change of mattress, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was charged an additional fee by the hotel. So why is the application given an option like that?

The service is very friendly, but if the facilities are okay, please clean the bathroom a bit, like the glass, it would be more like very good.

The toilet seat is broken and not fixed, the mattress base is dirty. Dirty towels. Old facilities, used plastic drink waste is not cleaned. The toilet flush is broken, reported to the receptionist, no response

Many of the room facilities are damaged, the corridors are dark, and it feels a bit scary.

The toilet needs to be cleaned more, the pillows that you sleep on already smell of someone's jigong, I wanted to ask for a change but it was too much, in the end I only slept on one pillow

The hotel staff is nice and friendly. But for comfort and cleanliness it is lacking ☹️ for the towels it smells, doesn't smell good, like it hasn't been replaced with new ones and then feels damp. The soap bottle is empty. The room's iPhone is not active😩, so it's hard to ask for help from the receptionist

Alhamdulillah I am comfortable staying at this hotel, the service is friendly, the room is also very complete, there is a refrigerator, there is a cupboard, there is hot water. Very satisfied with this hotel.

The food was incomplete, and many were finished even though it was only 8 o'clock. Facilities such as sun loungers at the swimming pool were already damaged. The cafe was no longer active.

How many times have I stayed here but this time I was disappointed in the room on the 6th floor, the bed was not comfortable and the air conditioner was a bit flooded.
