When I checked in, "the room is still available", when I got there, I was rejected because the room was full and the refund was not 100%, I lost around 35 thousand and was still asked for a photo of my ID card even though I'M NOT STAYING WOY! Where is my house, it's far away, so Bad!

There are no towels in the bathroom. The bed sheets are ugly and itchy. The floor is wet. There is no doormat. The room is so small that it is difficult to pray.

The bedroom and bathroom were not clean, the sheets were rough, there was trash scattered in front of the room, the price was not according to Traveloka because it was lower than their rate so they asked for an increase, they couldn't get a refund so they had to complain to the application first.

Hotel staff helped during check-in process even though it was early in the morning. Worth it for a place to stay for 1-2 nights. The location is very close to UNAIR, RSUD Soetomo and Gubeng Station. There are many places to eat and minimarkets around. Suggestion: It is better to update the hotel contact on Traveloka and Google Maps because I had a bit of difficulty initially to confirm the check-in time because the hotel contact was not registered.

the location is in the pharmacy, the room has mosquitos, the mattress is not comfortable to sleep on, the toilet is the worst, it is very dirty, how can you take a shower with such a shower. Please, the pictures that are sold must be in sync with the reality. feel cheated

Well, disappointed at the very first time arrival. I was asked to pay more money when I checked in. She said"the rate was note like on the apps". It was just 5k btw, but still not fair. I don't care the small room, but those long hairs every where (mostly in the bathroom) were disgusting. And bit stinky as well.
