I have 2 times stay here, It's okay lah. Easily affordable as it is close to the toll booth, other than that the 24hour and friendly receptionist is very helpful when we come home over 24.00 hours. Perhaps the cleanliness is more improved.

The toilet wouldn't flush, and there wasn't even a ladle to flush. Initially, I was given a room that smelled of cigarettes, and when I asked to be moved, I ended up with a toilet that didn't work. The AC wouldn't even work.

Upon arrival, the surroundings were fine. When we first entered the room, the bed was dirty, and the bathroom was especially dirty; it was a twin room. Then we were moved to the room I photographed, and thankfully, it was comfortable and clean. The downsides were the phone didn't work, there was no bottled water, no soap, and the shower had no hot water. If you stay here, bring snacks because it's a long way from everything, a complex with slow service, and there are no minimarkets or shops anywhere.

Plus points: -Friendly staff -Quite soft mattress Minuses: -TV is on but no channels, -Wifi is available but the password on the card is wrong -Bathroom smells, there are lots of dead insects on the floor, the toilet flush often gets stuck and no water comes out, the shower also has little water -No trash can -Toiletries are sold separately

Suggestion: Hopefully the building and its facilities will be rejuvenated soon because it is a shame that the hotel is close to the city center and its condition is not good. The staff are very friendly and quick to help when asked.

Please take better care of the facilities ‼️ I happened to get a room that was not habitable, the bathroom door had no lock, the water tap didn't turn on, there were lots of spider webs on the ceiling, the room was stuffy, the sheets and pillows had blood stains, the toilet leaked, the blanket smelled of cigarette smoke.

Wifi, TV, Room phone are just displays that cannot be used. There are cockroaches in the room, stuffy and smelly. I often check in from cheap to expensive, for a hotel like this it is not a hotel but a boarding house that does not live up to its name. There is no bathroom mat, even slipping, there is no trash can. It doesn't matter if there is no soap, toothbrush, at least it is clean and fragrant, there are no cockroaches. I regret it, if I had known that I would have checked in at another place that was slightly different or there was one that was the same price but still okay.
