Highly recommended if you’re planning on bringing your family to Bali (Nusa Dua). The location is far from Bali’s busy area - perfect if you want to have a relaxing and chill vacation. The pools are incredible and Nusa Dua beach is right behind the hotel.

My guest travelled 25 hours to Bali and I specifically requested for a spa on the day of our arrival. I wrote to the reservation team twice and they assured me that I do not need to make a reservation and your team will help us upon checking in! And guess what? Your spa was FULLY BOOKED when we checked in and we were all SPEECHLESS!! Absolutely disappointing!

From the moment we arrived at The Conrad we were welcomed as valued guests by all the staff! With a refreshing beverage in hand and a cool Balinese breeze through the open lobby, reception was friendly and speedy. The bell desk was swift to anticipate our needs for luggage storage and transport. We entered our cool, clean spacious room to relax on our balcony, enjoying the view of the ocean, central pool and grounds. Selamat pagi! was the lovely greeting the next morning at the breakfast buffet which was extensive and delicious. We especially loved enjoying our meal outside under an elevated palapa. Sitting poolside later we commented to ourselves how attentive and hard-working the pool attendants were to the guests. One of the servers from the pool bar/grill recognized my husband from our visit 2 years prior! This connection made us feel like family. We also enjoyed the Conrad's location on Jalan Pratama for it's walkability to eateries, casual shopping and spas. Our grandchildren fed the koi, played at the Kid's Club and built sandcastles poolside. One of our family members was celebrating a birthday as the 8 of us dined at 8 Degrees South one evening. The restaurant prepared a special dessert for her and sang as well! Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. Well done and cheers to The Conrad Bali staff!

The property is large and spacious, ample room to explore and discover the lush greenery and water features. U would not know that there was a huge wedding going on at the Infinity chapel if u didn’t explore extensively! The service was impeccable and staff were very polite and accommodating. I particular liked the use of WhatsApp, where staff were very responsive in helping me make bookings, providing information. Special mention to Cicilia and Refan for helping me with my grab delivery issue. They were friendly, supportive and went beyond to ensure my issue was resolved. The main pool area is also a wonderful place to hangout, allowing me the respite from my daily stresses. I would definitely return to Conrad Bali for my next vacation!

We just returned from our trip to Bali and already cannot wait to go back! We spent a few days in Ubud and then stayed in Nusa Dua at the Conrad Bali Resort and Spa. The Conrad hands down was one of the best place we’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived the staff were so attentive and the resort was so beautiful. Our room was huge and clean! The Conrad team is what really makes this place incredible from the pool area, the restaurants, the lounge, to the front desk, and all throughout the resort! Special shout out to our Conrad Curator, Teresia, for making our stay even more memorable by helping us arrange for activities, restaurant reservations and airport transportion. She welcomed us with a lovely card and welcome gift and was in constant communication with us making sure we were well cared for. She was amazing! I also did the sunrise yoga class every morning while I was there and the instructor, Kadek, was just lovely! The views were breathtaking! We also attended the themed night dinner and watched the Fire Dance Show. Again, the staff were wonderful, remembering our names and what drinks we normally ordered. Shout out to our sweet and kind waiter, Putu! Special thanks to the lovely staff at RIN where we ate breakfast every morning and knew how we liked our coffees. Can’t forget the pool staff at the main pool and Azure who always made sure we had fresh pool towels, cold water, and cold, scented washcloths. If you go, try their BLT and truffle fries.
