Went to Bali for a wedding event at Taman Bhagawan which located right across the hotel and had a great 2 nights stay here! The bedroom was clean and big enough for 2 adults and 1 children. Surprisingly, the bathroom was bigger than I thought it would be and in fact quite spacious. The room also has a balcony completed with single outdoor sofa chairs and a very nice view! We booked two rooms and got the street view. From the balcony, you can see Taman Bhagawan and some plenty palm trees scenery right across the hotel. Since the room is facing the sunrise you'll get plenty of sunlight in the morning which I personally enjoyed. At night, the street wasn't noisy at all since most places around there closes at 9/10-ish (unless there are events held at Taman Bhagawan. On the wedding day, we can quite hear some of the music played at the event from our room but other than that is was fine). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, you can choose between coffee/tea, omelette with sausage/potato slices and croissant/brown bread with fresh slice fruits/orange juice. There's not much on the breakfast menu but they still tastes good. Didn't get the chance to try the lunch/dinner menu though. The hotel's location itself were very strategic with a convenience store right next to it and a pharmacy just a couple of walks ahead. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, great experiences for a budget-friendly stay and definitely would come back!

I extend my stay in advance via cash in reception and didn't issue any receipts, then, I need to move to the other place, I ask for a refund at least for some amount, I end up didn't get it as they keep saying after a week. it is pretty bad on customer service. ac is not good, they didn't clean the room even every after 2 days.

Friendly staff, the reception desk is always empty but if you need anything just ring the bell on the desk. Good location. The room has a big space but needs to maintain the cleanliness. The room with the street view is quite noisy and no soundproof, if you want a bit peaceful ask for pool view.

The hotel is quite comfortable, the swimming pool is also large. We only stayed overnight because we wanted watersport nearby. Right next to the hotel there is a supermarket. There are also those selling meatballs. There are lots of restaurants around so it's not bad to stay overnight at this hotel. Yesterday's breakfast we chose scramble eggs and French fries. Enough to be enjoyed by children. Thank You. It just seems like I left my white pants on the bed, but I tried calling the hotel over and over again, no one answered the phone. The sheets had stains which were quite disgusting, so yesterday I didn't really check them when I wanted to check out. Yesterday we checked out at around 13.00WITA and everything was safe.

Worst stay ever in Bali. This place is so filthy! There is a pee stain on the toilet, hair on the bed sheets, and dirty window. This place is not only dirty but also can get you sick! My skin felt itchy after touching the bed. I left the place and ended up finding another hotel nearby. The front desk officer, named Bastian, is the worst. He never picks up any call from the room. He is never at his desk.

Enough to rest. Warm water, AC, refrigerator, and drinking water heater work well. It's just that a few things need to be fixed such as the curtains coming off and the bed linen being broken. The cupboard was dusty, so I wiped it myself because I wanted to put my clothes. Then on the second day of stay, there was no mat. Hopefully in the future this shortcoming can be overcome soon. The rooms are quite clean & spacious, breakfast is only packaged fried rice, which is a pity the items left behind are immediately lost (drinks in the refrigerator & on the table) are not expensive but show a sense of discomfort. Just left it for a while at checkout and then came back and it wasn't there. Even though it can be checked on CCTV. Imagine if it was a valuable object!

It's close to everywhere on the side of the road next to Indomrt. Room okE. But maybe I just woke up from the pandemic so it's quiet and there are some slight obstacles. But everything is fine. There is a refrigerator. There is a water heater. Breakfast, rice box, yellow rice, staying 2 nights for breakfast, that's all. Hopefully it can be improved again.
