The place is cozy, but the swimming pool is very dirty, the green color can't be used at all, it says it's a private pool but in fact sharing is enough, thank you 🙏🏻.

Actually, the villa is good if you take care of it, but what I am most dissatisfied with is the problem of the toilet being damaged, the water smells very strong, if you want to use perfume, it still smells, especially since I often use water to wash my hands or dishes, the first day of bathing, the next day second and third, so we don't take a shower because of the smell of iron in our bodies after bathing, so just try it, how do you feel when you take a shower, the body smells like iron instead. Yes, there is a swimming pool, you can only see the pool, because you can imagine it, bathing and watering your body smells let alone swimming, if the guards are good and responsive too if we need help. This is just a suggestion, it's better to fix the toilet, water and building first, so that staying overnight is also comfortable.

The first time the road to this hotel is indeed a bit up and down because it is in Lembang. There are several containers similar to the costay but identical is that the costay is red. The room is clean complete with ac and hot shower that relies on solar power. Well, if it is cloudy and rainy, the hot water will be less hot. Food facilities are not yet available but finding food is not difficult or if you want you can bring it yourself. When the night is very cold, we turn off the air conditioner because it is so cold. It & apos; s just comfortable, it & apos; s just that it is a little less soundproof There is only bath soap available in the room where I got no shampoo, maybe the person forgot. The TV is also digital, you can watch YouTube for children. The swimming pool is also clean only the water is really cold hehehe. Refill water facility is near the garage. The service is also very friendly, the people are really helpful and fun to chat with. My suggestion is that it is better if each room is given its own tissue holder. That's all, the rest we all feel comfortable living here. Next time will come back again.

The rooms are nice, very clean, the ones are friendly, don't use AC but the cold is not playing games. My advice, guys, if you stay here, it's nice to be busy so you can get the villa because if it's just the two of you, he will allocate it to a container unless. Overall it is quite satisfying.

I don’t expect too much about this hotel, even though their reviews on app 9.1/10.0, but finally I give their 10.0/10.0 . My experience is superb. I get many facilities villa with affordable price. Early check-in 7.00 a.m, upgrade standar room to deluxe room only for 50k. Large room with nice view, clean, super cozy, and every corner is very instagramable ✨ . The Costay staff is a nice guy, friendly and very helpful. Can’t wait to go back to this villa

Plus: complete facilities, there is a stove, water heater, branded toiletries, the view on the 3rd floor is very good, the location is easy to reach and the parking lot is minus: there is no AC, the TV is hard to operate, and when I stay overnight I check in at night when the water is dead and and the staff were not there and finally I used a water dispenser for toilet needs, and in the morning there was only a staff that could be found, and the staff explained that the water booster to the 2nd floor was turned off by a builder who was indeed in construction at this hotel and and I understand it.
