I've been a regular every time I go to Batam, I always stay here. The staff are friendly, the rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. I can request an early check-in, as I usually check out early in the morning depending on the flight/ship schedule for my next destination. Yesterday, the refrigerator wasn't cold, but after I told the owner, they immediately replaced it. It's great. I'll definitely come back here again in the future. 😍

Nice accommodation. The room is clean, everything is complete, the view is also very nice facing Batam city. Close to the port and mega mall, easy to find food. Next will stay here again 🥰.

It was one of my best experience staying in this condo. I and my family really enjoy staying here. The room is very clean. The aircon is cold. The location is very close batam center Ferry and Mega Mall. The View is superb. The contact person is really responsive and help us a lot. I will stay here again on my next visit In Sya Allah.

stayed here with friends.. initially doubtful because of the review regarding the unfriendly security, but when at the location, the security was very helpful..
Atmosphere/Facilities: complete facilities, the room is also clean, got a room with a view of the Welcome to Batam landmark. there are complete kitchen equipment, coffee, tea and sugar, refrigerator, netflix, etc.. in the bathroom provided shampoo and liquid lifeb*y soap.
Food: did not take the breakfast package, but behind the apartment there is a circle K which is quite cheap 😁
Staff Assistance: the owner is friendly and full, initially we stayed 2 nights, then added 2 more nights.. the owner also provides change of towels if desired.
Price: the price is still relatively cheap with complete facilities and 2 rooms.
Location: very strategic because it is located in the city center

The point is, it's really comfortable to stay here. Cleanliness of the entire room 👍. Facilities 👍 only there is no rice cooker. Those who want to cook bring their own rice cooker. Wifi 👍. The sea view is cool. The city view is also cool. I've tried them all 👍.

Kalau dari singapore tujuan Batam Centre ke hotel/apartemenya tidak perlu naik taksi, turun fery langsung melipir arah hotel harris, terus kebelakang ikuti petunjuk ketemu deh apartemennya. Sebaiknya hubungi dulu yang punya/managementnya no wa/telpn tersedia di pemesanan hotel kita di traveloka, alhaamdulillah yang punya fst respon, gak lama kemudian dapat kunci. Senang menginap di sini, karena saya pesan untuk 3 orang, 2 kamar (1 kamar ukuran queen, 1 single) ada dapur lengkap dengan kompor, piring sendok, gelas dan mangkok, terus disediakan teflon untuk menggoreng telur dan 1 wajan untuk merebus mie, microwave, kulkas dan care banget ada sunlightnya. He. He. Jadi kalau malam lapar tinggal rebus mie instan. Alfa mart/indomaret juga dekat. Pokoknya lengkap deh. Unit apartemannya bersih AC dingin, ada hairdryer, heater water dan katel listrik. Kamar mandi besar disediakan sampho dan sabun mandi merek lifebouy. Tempat cari makan juga dekat, ada mall depanya, nagoya naik taksi online 15 menit. Salah satu pilihan hotel terbaik deh di batam.
