Very satisfied. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate bathtub and shower. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Even the hotel corridors had music playing, so it wasn't intimidating.
Breakfast:
The breakfast menu was quite varied and delicious.
Cleanliness:
The rooms, linens, and public areas were very clean. I liked the smell of the hotel corridors.

Very comfortable and makes you feel at home staying here, the price is relatively cheap for a 5-star hotel, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the staff from the front desk to the inside staff are all friendly, the room is also big, the bathroom is clean, the bed is very comfortable, the pillows and blankets are clean. Access to Braga is close, next time I will definitely stay here again, yesterday when I checked in I didn't expect to get it much faster, check out was also fast without any delay.

This is my second time staying here, and I stayed for 2 nights without any issues at all. I got the room I requested, and it was comfortable, clean, and fragrant. The staff are also friendly and very helpful from the start of the check-in process until check-out. Breakfast is varied, and there are many dessert choices. Always satisfied with the service and facilities provided.

Very strategic locations, and also friendly staff.
But, I think the building and room interior already needs major refurbishments. There’s also a minor problem on water system on the bathrooms during sunday morning 🙈 lucky they could solve it very quick

Strategic location, close to Braga, can walk about 6-10 minutes. For those who have electric cars, the lobby provides electric car chargers (paid) but make sure to top up not much, because the money cannot be refunded to the account (unlike PLN). At check-in time, luckily there was an empty room, so I could check in early. The staff is friendly and helpful, fast date, everything can be clicked via cellphone. Large swimming pool. Satisfied. I think I will come back again. Parking is also spacious
