First time staying there.. Strategic location and okay bathroom.. Quite clean.. Criticism and suggestions: Room cleanliness.. The floor under the bed still has trash. Cotton and used cotton buds in the wall. There are animals. We still provide a lot of service.
Thank God, the toilet is clean.. Water runs smoothly.. AC is cold..
Plus 1 more.. Please update the toilet towels to be a bit nicer and cleaner.. The towels are stiff and dry like a dry chamois and shabby..
God willing, next time I come to Surabaya, I won't stay there again.. Thank you.
