Unfortunately, the room isn't soundproof, so it's a bit noisy if people are talking loudly in the room next door. The room is very cool and clean, and even though it's a smoking room, when you open the door, there's not much of a cigarette smoke smell... it's just not soundproof.

My main hotel in Jakarta, only 15 from Monas and Gambir station, and 15 minutes' walk from Sarinah, 10 minutes taxi to Bundaran HI, clean room, cozy bed, great view, roomy at cheap prices, but the rooms are not that good soundproof. But overall, a great hotel with great prices!
