I hope the TV in the room can be fixed so it can broadcast. - No slippers in the room - No water provided in the room (although mineral water was provided) Those are the only drawbacks, otherwise it's good.

There's nothing wrong with staying here. The rooms are nice, clean, and the staff are friendly. But this hotel is not recommended for families with babies/toddlers. The rooms are not soundproof. When we stayed, the karaoke was very loud until 2 a.m. We've checked with the receptionist, but there was no solution. The noise was very disturbing.

we arrived in padang around 7pm so quite late so we just want to wonder around the town. the staff is very friendly and accommodating! however, the room does not have water heater and no soundproof at all. we heard the baby from our next door crying all night. the breakfast is quite okay, not many varieties but i think good enough for us to have quick meal before heading to somewhere else. location-wise, very near to eateries and supermarket. we even just walked to the cafe and beach. good stay for a quick stay.
