Stay in Diva Resort Lombok was just too beautiful, the room is spacious, the pool just too pretty. All the breakfast menu are very various and delicious

I stayed 7 days here, felt like my second home. It's nice and quiet hotel. The service is good. The front office officers are so helpful and kind. The staffs are so friendly. Mr Benny the driver is so nice and helpful. The hotel is close to the beach and just around ten mins to get Senggigi area by motorcycle. It's easy and near also to get to other beaches from here.
The breakfast is good. I loved to eat 'nasi pecel' 😉
Thanks Diva Lombok hotel. I'll stay here again if I visit Lombok someday.

On the day of the event, the hotel informed us that the room we had booked was no longer available, even though we had booked it a month earlier. Finally, we asked for help from the app and we still got the room we paid for. The first impression was comfortable.

True according to previous Reviews among the best Hotels among the Hotels we have ever visited Value for money there is a swimming pool, delicious food, very helpful staff, Thank you very much Bro Gede, the receptionist who can do everything I see also becomes a Barista for Bule guests Foreigners who want Fresh brewing Coffee. Great staff are Assets for the Management of this Hotel to always be successful. There is always room for improvement, the swimming pool has good water but unfortunately the water pressure which is one of the indicators for the Hotel needs to be improved. It seems like it doesn't need much change, just add a few Toren Water Tanks on the roof Top.

Very Bad Experience Staying At This Hotel, I Swim In The Pool, When I Bring The Hotel Towel In The Pool The Staff Takes My Towel Without Permission, So I Can't Use The Towel 🙏 After I Go Home, The Hotel Towel Keeps Being Questioned 🙏 Even Though Before Going Home There Was No Problem, This Problem Should Be Questioned At The Hotel, It Really Disturbs Me Personally.

Karena ada perubahan rencana di tgl 06-02-2024 jadi saya tidak jadi stay di tempat ini. Untuk tgl refund dari pihak hotel tgl 03-02-2024. Sudah telp pihak hotel apakah bisa dialihkan atas nama orang lain, yang jawab telp ga bisa kasih keputusan, tunggu info senior. Yah. Akhirnya saya tidak bisa menikmati suasana hotel. Mungkin lain kali 🥲.
