For a very economical price, the manager is friendly, the bathroom is clean, the condition of the room is quite well maintained. Oh yes, the location has changed, now the address. The location of the new inn is close to places to eat, stalls, other shops. Well really recommended.

In accordance with the price, but unfortunately less air fentilation, there is only an exhaust fan (small too) which is turned on through the switch next to the light switch (no instructions), try to imagine if the fan is damaged, stuffy there is no fresh air.

This time staying here is really disappointed because usually koko handoko for rooms that have air conditioners at that price, but with the woman give me a fan room, so it is too hot.

Yes, that's ok with that price. Only the bathroom is outside. Just as the guard did not stand by at the place when I checked-in at 11 so I had to wait for the guard.

Boarding a homestay batam, the pillows smell, the sheets and blankets smell after staying 2 days I asked to replace the smelly blanket, Day 3 I immediately asked the homestay manager to say change the sheets Rp. 20,000, and change the blanket to Rp. 20,000, with emotion I said I was staying here 5 days in 3 days the blanket that was already smelly and dirty did not change finally given the same, Day 4 I moved to the hotel, not really recommended.

In accordance with the price, the location behind the shophouse, at 2am we were disturbed by the papa satpol who knocked on the door which made my heart shock and it was difficult for me to give recommendations to anyone, because the location of the home stay board was often checked pp satpol hope i hope the party? Boarding provides comfort for us who are the first to arrive in Batam city, the bathroom door is less strong and if we want to take a shower, we can go out and enter the room. It's okay for me at the beginning I said according to the price, cheap but less comfort, Hopefully this is my experience for those who want to visit Batam

Staying for 5 days here in terms of service and cleanliness was very disappointed. From the service that his male clerk asked if he answered something briefly while playing the game, it was very rude, not just once but a few times. Anyway, all the officers are not friendly. Then the condition of the room was given a rotten pillow which was not really feasible. There is air conditioning but there is no blanket. Turned off the heat from the AC, turned the air conditioner freezing. Suggestions, why change pillows. The price of the pillow is 50 thousand lots in the market or in the mall. The point is everything is rotten from the service and conditions of the rooms that are careless. very disappointed.
