The hotel staff was friendly, but when I entered the room, the toilet tissue roll was wet and smelly, the tissue on the table was out, the glasses looked like they hadn't been cleaned and the towels were a bit smelly, and the only soap was hand soap. Otherwise, it was okay for the price I got for a standard room.

the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. I requested a water heater because there was none in the room. here you can get free refills of water, the standard room is really worth it for that price. quite spacious, the bathroom is also okay. overall great first experience, will be one of the recommended hotels especially for those who want me time on a budget

The interior and so on are okay, nice, comfortable, quiet, unfortunately cleanliness is very poor, lots of hair, in the shower there is so much female hair that the drain is so dirty when you open it, it's hard for the water to flow, and even the hair on the duvet is still there So I'm not sure whether the bed sheets and other things have been replaced or not? Anyway, cleanliness must be the main thing, changing bed linen and other things is really important because we don't know beforehand whether the guests have skin diseases and so on, so pay attention to that. Please manage. Thank you.
