The female staff who was shouting wearing a red shirt "room room" in front of the bodyshop should be fired, I just wanted to ask for a check-in at 11.30, it wasn't allowed, Harimus paid another 600 thousand, even though when he was at the reception the guy said he could
I asked for an early check-in because I was going to check in at 5 pm, even so it couldn't be flexible, even though I paid the full 1 million to arrive the next day, but I only asked for a little earlier check-in, it couldn't be, even though the room was empty at that time,
my condition was that I came home from Umrah with my mother, even though I just wanted to take a shower and check in again at 5 pm....
no more, not flexible enough

Check in at 8 pm because I just landed in Jakarta at night. I didn't expect the location to be right in front of the international flight check-in counter at Terminal 3. When I arrived at the hotel, there was a staff who was immediately ready to help me carry my suitcase, because I was carrying a large, heavy suitcase at that time, plus there was no elevator access. The reception was quite friendly and informative, the room was very comfortable and clean although not too big. It's just that in the middle of the night there was a noisy sound from above which said the airport was working in the middle of the night. But overall it wasn't too disturbing. Breakfast was delivered to the front door of the room, I requested it at 8 am, because I had to catch another flight at 11. The price I got was 941 thousand including breakfast. Breakfast was ordinary, nothing special. Photo attached.

Very happy because the hotel is comfortable and all the staff are helpful and friendly. Check in with Mas Bintang and check out assisted by Mas Rizky. Hopefully d'primahotel will always be consistent.

stayed here just to rest and sleep in transit for about 5 hours. Very comfortable and quite quiet.
the location is inside terminal 3, so it's relaxing and not in a hurry to enter the waiting room.
unfortunately in traveloka there is no choice of hours.

we got room number 108, got a very small room, in the room there were building pillars so it became narrower. even for a small table used for work or eating in the room, you can't use the chair because it's so narrow and have to sit on the bed if you use the table. I had asked to change rooms at that time but was not given. and I was even troubled because I stayed with my 3 children. 1 child is in junior high school and the other 2 are still in elementary school who can't use separate rooms. last year staying here was still fine. happened to land at night and continue in the early morning too. but got a room that was still okay at least it could rest for a while and the children ate. and there was no problem with me bringing my children. but this time it was very different. very disappointed. I immediately checked out and moved hotels.
