Dreamland Paradise Hotel

perfect place for quiet and relax from the bedroom... just enjoy the bedroom view and your day would be perfect.. early morning and sunset are perfect time to enjoy balcony or during the day to watch people playing golf... close to the famous dreamland beach are obvious extra benefit while balangan beach around 8 minutes distance are hardly to miss.

The room is big, the sea and golf view was nice totally fine we’ll be back

So, first of all I almost be a no show guest because I couldn't find Dreamland Paradise in this area. But maps is always show The Rich Prada, I go around like 4pm or something and all I see is big hotel but really quite and have a horror vibe. After 2 hrs looking for this hotel, and finally right number to call. They told us if we can go to The Rich Prada lobby and reception will show us Dreamland Paradise Hotel, we go kinda late like 7pm and the reception told he upgrade our Room Type, thank you for that. Was really quick check in process. And again, its super quite there like empty big building, still have a horror vibes. I almost walk out and wanna change another hotel around but its too late and my friends keep telling me were okay the reception even tell us were not alone in that floor. The room is really huge and have pretty large bed. We got bathtub also. But I think not all of that in good condition, hot water doesn't work, Water is really salty, phone doesn't work, and its super dark outside cause there's no light in golf area (you cant blame hotel for that) after long night, I woke up in the morning and super amazed with the view and I hear there's another guest walk in corridor and next room, there's few people looks playing golf too so I don't feel alone. There's no buffet breakfast like another hotel and some of machine looks old . I wish they have new management because I see so much potential. But I cant complain for anything broke there cause that's really cheap room. You can see on internet there's some old issues w this hotel management. But if you looks for quite and cheap hotel, this is a good choice. I still hope you guys have a better management tho. Thank you for really good view

the check process was long, I had booked beforehand but the hotel said the room was full. I was booked a double bed and was finally given a twin bed for a while, they said they would change rooms tomorrow if someone checked out. Room conditions such as still being renovated, dirty floors are also not provided with drinking water. I asked to drink every day, but the water was not delivered, so I finally took it myself at the reception. The next day I was moved to that room because I insisted to be replaced because the hotel did not respond to my request, the room condition was the same as the floor and dirty glass. The point is the furniture, interior decoration is good but the service is lacking because the number of staff is only a little reception only 1. When I came here the pool has not been operating is still under renovation.

To be honest, I was so excited when I first arrived at the hotel, with that huge and luxurious lobby you'll expect a great service.. however, you'll see something funny there.. there was only one guy at the reception.. so first I had on 3rd floor as he said it was the only room left, no bellboy, so we had to bring our luggages by ourselves along the hot corridor (yes they didn't have aircon along the corridor and in the lobby too), room was spacious, and great but then the wifi didn't cover our room so everyone started to be pissed off however the shower in this room is a spa shower but no hot water, we asked to move but they gave the new room on the 3rd days to 6717, all bathroom taps and shower are so rusty and power sockets are popped out of the wall and then we asked to move again and this room number 6701 is much much better for the internet but tho, again the tap for the basin was rusty and the floor had serious stain in some spots.. they didn't clean your room unless you ask them to, they didn't give you water unless you complain to the receptionist.. and the location is inside pecatu area so if you don't have vehicles with you, make sure you want to spend extra money for the grab.. and make sure you tell the reception anything you need as they don't have the service standards like in other hotels, they really don't have enough numbers of workers I can tell.

indeed, rich prada WAS a 5 stars hotel. but for me, my stay was one of the worst stay ever. the reception told us that they have no hot water in the rainy day, and indeed, the water is cold and salty!. the bathroom is leaking and had sands (maybe from previous guest) I found some bugs, and 2 pieces of hard rice on my bed. no ac remote and tv remote. I couldn't sleep well, I got this room for IDR 170K, really: you get what you pay. I hope someone take over the management because there is so much potential in this building. the room is so big,huge bathroom and bath up. the chapel and hall so beautiful. maybe this is the cheapest place to stay in dreamland area. however, this is also the worst hotel I have ever stay. please take over the management. because many customers complain and feel cheated.

The check-in process is less than 5 minutes, the friendly receptionist, thank God my order was upgraded to an ocean view room at no extra cost, spacious and luxurious room, a very large king bed, complete amenities, there is a bathtub, close to the beach attractions beautiful in Bali, with cheap prices can access wah-access far from the highway, there are no food stalls and places to eat around the hotel, if the night is very dark minimal lighting, jutek security, balcony doors can not be locked, the refrigerator is not cold (but all deficiencies paid off with the advantages). Very very happy that the room was very spacious for sleeping. Just love a little water for bathing salty so if you want to take a sticky shower on the body but for very friendly and very satisfied service, AC cool, cool anyway.
